Rural Readers
Rural Readers is a telehealth service for people in rural & remote areas. We do testing and treatment for:
- Dyslexia
- Dysgraphia
- Language Disorders
- Difficulties with schoolwork and learning
- General difficulties with reading and writing
Ages 5+ years, including high-school students and adults. We can also do reports for your school or work.

Exercise and Socialise
The Exercise and Socialise groups are for kids & teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Rainbowfit
Rainbow Fit is an exercise group for transgender people aged 12-18 years.
- Support you to feel good in your body during movement
- Meet other trans people
These groups run once a week on a Saturday and go for one hour. They are held outdoors in local parks.
Strength in Mind
The Strength in Mind groups are for young people (age 10-18 years) with mental health difficulties.
- Use movement to feel good and regulate difficult emotions
- Work with trained mental health professionals and exercise physiologists
- Get support from peers
